If you have questions about this policy, email [email protected].Information PocketFidget collectsSyntax Layer does not receive personal data or app-usage data from PocketFidget. The app has no analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, app accounts, or third-party software development kits.Information stored on your device and in iCloudPocketFidget stores your tap count and preferences on your device so it can remember them between launches. When synchronization is enabled and iCloud is available, the app uses Apple's private iCloud key-value store to synchronize those values across installations using your Apple account. Syntax Layer does not receive or have access to this iCloud data. The app remains usable offline, and synchronization may be delayed until iCloud is available.In versions with account-recovery controls, PocketFidget pauses synchronization if it detects an account change or cannot verify which account owns values saved by an earlier launch. This may require a new choice after relaunch even when you have not changed accounts. Settings lets you use saved local data with synchronization paused, or adopt the values currently available in the device’s iCloud cache and resume synchronization. Saved local recovery copies stay on your device. The app cannot guarantee that the cache has received the latest values from another device.Reset, deletion, and retentionIn Settings, Reset Tap Counter sets the active tap count to zero. When iCloud synchronization is active, the reset can synchronize to other installations using the same Apple account. When synchronization is paused, the reset changes the active count on this device only. A counter reset does not delete preferences, saved local recovery copies, or the iCloud record itself.Deleting PocketFidget removes its on-device app data. Values may remain in your private iCloud account or in device backups and can be restored after reinstalling or restoring a backup. Offloading an app is different from deleting it and may keep its local data. Apple's services and your iCloud and backup settings control the availability and retention of those copies; deleting the app alone is not a request to delete synchronized iCloud values.External links, support, and website hostingLinks to the privacy policy, support website, or your email app open only when you choose them. The destination service's privacy practices apply after you leave PocketFidget.If you email support, Syntax Layer receives your email address and the message you choose to send so it can respond. You can contact [email protected] about that correspondence, including a request to delete it. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary to explain your question.This policy website and the PocketFidget support website are hosted with Carrd. Carrd and its infrastructure providers may process routine information needed to deliver and secure the pages, such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and security logs. Syntax Layer does not add analytics, advertising trackers, or a support form to these sites.ChildrenPocketFidget is not directed to children and is not designated as Made for Kids. Syntax Layer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.Changes to this policySyntax Layer may update this policy if PocketFidget or applicable requirements change.
